Bison Sausage Spice Blend

1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil
1 tsp fennel seeds

1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

1.  Blend spices together in small bowl.  Toss and fold spices into 1 lb ground bison meat.
1.  Sautee 1 lb bison meat with 3 Tbs olive oil in skillet.
2.  Deglaze with 2 Tbs red wine.
