2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 lb American Cheese
1/4 lb Sharp White Cheddar
1/2 cup Romano
1/3 cup sweet potatoes, prepared
1/4 tsp cinnamon, groung
1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra to garnish dishes)
2 large sage leaves, ground (plus extra for garnish)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1/4 cup scallions, chopped fine (for garnish)
