Pistachio Pudding Coffee Cake


1 box (any) yellow cake mix
  (follow recipe on box)
1 small box instant pistachio pudding

Combine:
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup cinnamon
½ cup chopped walnuts or Pecans

Pour ½ batter in pan, sprinkle half sugar/cin mixture. 
Pour remaining batter, then sprinkle remaining sugar/cin
Mixture on top.  Bake

    1. Follow baking directions on the cake box you choose to use. Maybe check a few mins before to make sure it doesn't over bake. Test center of cake with a cake tester to make sure it comes out clean to assure done.
