Sweet Chili Asian Slaw

4 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 c Cilantro, chopped
1/4 c red onion, chopped
4 tbs brown sugar
1/8 c balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tbs sweet chili sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl mix cabbage, cilantro and onion.  In small bowl mix sugar, vinegar, chili sauce, salt and pepper.  Combine into large bowl, mix well.  Chill   (Great to serve on hot dogs)
